A step by step guide
We're excited to get to know you!
Fill out the contact form with the service you are interested in and we will send a brochure of all the packages we offer. Once you submit your brochure, we will prompt you to schedule a call with us and we’ll talk through what you’re envisioning for your wedding day, how you met, and what kind of coverage you want. We’ll go through our collections and let you know a little about us and what makes us unique. And if you like us, you’re only one step away securing your date!
Let's make it official.
After you select the package you want from the brochure we sent you, we’ll send you a custom proposal with everything we talked about. Once you’re all happy, we’ll get your contract ready to go so you can look through it and let us know about any changes or questions. After you sign, you can pay your 50% retainer securely online and we’re yours!
It's all coming together...
About a month before your wedding day, we’ll be in full planning mode. Depending on the package you chose, we will reach out to you to schedule a complimentary engagement session. You’ll get a questionnaire from us asking about all the details of your day, any wish list items, and anything that we should know prior to the wedding. Then we’ll go over your day one more time in a storytelling consultation. It’s how we ensure we don’t miss a thing when we’re planning out your timeline.
It's nice to meet you in person!
We’ll work with your venue, coordinator, DJ and photographer/videographer to make sure everything goes seamlessly so you can be stress-free on your wedding day. We will attend the rehearsal to finally meet you in person and to know exactly what to expect to plan accordingly.
What to expect
Setting the mood...
Let’s be real, you didn’t put all that planning in for nothing! You want everyone to notice how beautiful your place settings are or how epic your dessert display is. That’s why we’re there: we’ll document every little thing and capture the atmosphere of your wedding.
Straight from the heart...
One of our special touches in our wedding film is pre-recording you and your partner reading a letter or your vows (or both!). This becomes the narrative we build your whole story around to make your films have ALL the feels. Another bonus to us doing this is if we record you reading your vows ahead of time, you don’t have to worry about any noise, wind or saying it absolutely perfectly while you’re at the altar. You just get to be in it!
We'll capture everything.
This is it! The big moment. And we’re there to record every second. We’ve got one audio recorder tapped in to your DJ or venue’s sound system while the other gets all the reactions and beautiful shots of your friends and family, the bridal party coming down the aisle and close-up shots of you and your partner. We’ll mic up your officiant before the ceremony begins so we are extra sure we have the audio. You’ll get to see your wedding happen from several angles and experience it all over again!
Just the two of you...
After your ceremony (and your first look if you opt for one) we’ll steal you away for a little bit of romance. We work collaboratively with your photographer/videographer to make sure we capture all the love and emotion from the day on film. We strive to make you feel as comfortable as possible while we get all of the gorgeous shots of you and your new spouse!
What to expect
Coming soon...
No more than one week after you say “I do,” we’ll post a sneak peek video/photo on Instagram. It’s square, it’s shareable and it’s a fun little tease of what’s to come! We’ll send it to you, too so you can post it on any account you want (just be sure to tell your friends how awesome we are)!
Popcorn. Check. Tissues. Check.
About two months after your wedding day, you’ll get the email you’ve been waiting for with the subject line: “Your wedding film is ready!” We’re going to send you a private link that you and your partner can watch and relive your day. If you chose a photography package, we will send you an online gallery where you can view and download the photos and also order prints. Grab a tissue, because almost every couple responds with, “I’m in tears.”
